Yeah my point exactly, though i doubt other countries could produce the number of serial killers the u.s. does. I think some countries would come close in number of deaths. Allot of them in the states get caught after 8 or 9 murders. In poor countries they dont have the money for setting up a proper database or for good forensic teams. Giving can be alturistic e.g. donating money to a charity. Alturism isnt exclusive to humans, its also been observed in a number of different species.
I think its only the chosen few who can give without expectation, even if people donate to a charity. Some people donate out of guilt. Thats a strong emotion to. some people donate what they can afford, people donate for their self image or reputation. When a person on wellfare donates substantially to a charity he performs a true act of altruïsm. Cause he hurt himself by helping another. You shouldnt mistake altruism with self realisation which is what most of these 'donating people' are after.

You know what? I'm just not finished yet. I'm going to put an end to this debate once and for all. There is a LONG LONG list of black serial killers. Just do a simple google search for "black serial killer". You think the FBI knows what they're doing with these profiling methods? The FBI are incompetent buffoons. Look up some South African guy named Sithole....(there's no H in the name, really).... One of the most tragic cases was Wayne Williams who murdered 26 young boys in Atlanta. The black community desperately wanted the killer to be a white man. But he wasn't. He was black, same as the victims.

America is the largest producer of serial killers in the world. It has more serial killers than Europe. Thats just the way America is, guns being common and gangs etc. I know the average serial killer is a white male between 25-45 that normally are very intelligent. But thats in America. In Africa there about one billion people as well and the vast majority of them is black.

Isnt it a fact that in western society, law enforcement is much more accomplished in conecting the dots sorta speak, linking murders together, comparing MO's forensics etc. Africa has allot of dictators who care only about power not about dead hookers on the side of the road. Asia is the perfect hunting ground for a serial killer, You could kill for ever there with its poverty, humantrade, prostitution. I think those number will be lots closer if the 3rd world starts looking for these people.

Yeah my point exactly, though i doubt other countries could produce the number of serial killers the u.s. does. I think some countries would come close in number of deaths. Allot of them in the states get caught after 8 or 9 murders. In poor countries they dont have the money for setting up a proper database or for good forensic teams. So evidence gets lost and killers roam free

@papichulobumber1 perhaps undeveloped countries might not have the number of serial killers that the U.S. does, but the killers they do have would be able to kill many more people, look at andrei chikatilo, and the chessboard killer they killed so many because russia was so poor and their police were inept at investigating serial crimes, and russia is better off than many other countries, so imagine what ppl could get away with in those poorer 3rd world countries!

@papichulobumber1 you are absolutely right , a killer could get away with it forever in a 3rd world country as long as they killed people who were "off the grid" meaning the poor, if a killer was targeting the elite & wealthy their chances of getting caught would raise substantially because it is a sad fact that the authorities care more about the wealthy. they would put more effort into finding the killer of a rich person than they would into the average citizen. It's a very sad reality.

Giving can be alturistic e.g. donating money to a charity. Alturism isnt exclusive to humans, its also been observed in a number of different species.

I think its only the chosen few who can give without expectation, even if people donate to a charity. Some people donate out of guilt. Thats a strong emotion to. some people donate what they can afford, people donate for their self image or reputation. When a person on wellfare donates substantially to a charity he performs a true act of altruïsm. Cause he hurt himself by helping another. You shouldnt mistake altruism with self realisation which is what most of these 'donating people' are after.

I remember things about tthis that probably was not reported.
The police were all over. One of the bodies was found in a shallow grave close to where I lived covered with palm froms(or whatever it's called)
I was so young at the time, but I remember having gone across that area many, many times on my way to a store.
The exact same area the body was found.
Never saw the killer. Wasn't there at the time I quess.
