There is an operation to make the voice sound more feminine, but it is expensive and risk. A lot of male to female transgendered people train their voices to sound feminine. (Harisu sounds female in her songs, but her speaking voice is androgynous or masculine). Many Female to Male transgendered people inject testosterone and it deepens their voices. Yes, she can have penile-vaginal sex with a man and yes, she cannot get pregnant because she doesn't have ovaries or a uterus.
