  • When you buy a car and drive in it for the first time with a friend, crank up this song.

  • im too am now in love with his car

  • That was sooo f*ckin' awsome!

  • q capos

  • muy bueno son unos capos

  • Roger singin' this song

I remember it perfectly, and I will for the rest of my life. unbelievable

  • best band ever

  • As good a drummer as Moon and Bonham, but he can sing as well. FUCKING BEAST YES ROGER!

  • if god were to have a band invited for anything, this would be the one he would ask to play. best voices, memorable moments and the greatest talent

  • @muppetofpasters I dont even know what that meant but I completely agree

  • 3:20 great!!!

  • G-E-N-I-U-S

  • This concert rocks on Blu Ray even if the Montreal crowd behave like stunned mullets. It was filmed in 35mm and the sound quality is stunning.

  • i'm in love with my car.

  • i'm in love with my car.

  • I'm in love with my car?

I'M IN LOVE WITH RROGERRR TAYLORRR!

  • @OFreakGirlO Me toooooooooooooooooooooooo :)

  • I adore Killer queen.

  • Oh Roger, you are so talented! All of you are.. I love Queen!

  • Is thissong about cocaine?

  • i love how there are no dislikes on this. :)

  • Hey...Does anyone know?...I've heard that Brian uses a Shilling for a guitar pick when playing his famous red homemade guitar(shown here). I"m sure that a coin was not used on acoustic songs like "Love of My Life", "39"... Also, gotta love the spider webs on Brians vest

  • Deacon's bassplaying in Killer Queen is fenomenal!

  • Haha, I didn't really notice than the Killer Queen "coudn't care less" for cars, while Roger is in love with his car =)

  • that song is so sexy... Roger is sexy!!

  • Me encanta este video... lo amooooo

  • Damn... That drummer (don't know his name) kicks assat drumming AND singing! I love that song!

  • roger taylor

  • ROGER??? THE BEST DRUMMER /SINGER!!!

  • Oh yeah

  • I hope you're kidding, i really hope for you...

  • are you kidding....

  • I have this on dvd, so damn amazing.

  • Great, but why did Freddie always shun his awesome falsetto live?

  • @3eyedho cause if you sing for one or two hours and you sing all those high chest voice notes you will have problems singing falsetto notes after a while. Try it out. The voice gives up hehe

  • I'll have to take your word for it, as my vocal teaching friend said the same thing. Too bad. I love is falsetto work on songs like Leave it in the lap of the Gods, etc. Outstanding!

  • Because it's not his usual voice (therefor it's more difficult to sing) and because it's a live concert, where the singer has to manage to preserve as much of his/her voice power during the whole concert as possible. It's not the same when sining in a studio - there it's only one song and besides - if your voice gets "tired" , you can rest, which - as I'm sure you'll agree - is not a good idea to do on stage in front of couple of tens of thousands of people. ;)

  • @3eyedho Because they do large and long tours... He would blow out his voice doing it every night.

  • omg 2:12 AMAZZINGGG

  • @em32uu Roger is a great, underrated drummer!

  • mtoo fodaaaa!!!

  • This is probably the best live version of "I'm In Love With My Car" i've seen.

  • Agreed! Perfect! And also the best version of the Killer Queen in my opinion

  • @Queeniac21 i think the same thing...

  • @Queeniac21 Rock Montreal is PERFECTION. It's literally sooo good that I think it's the best live performance of any band ever in the course of history.

  • @Queeniac21 ooooohhh yes !!! me too

  • @Queeniac21 agreed

  • Yeah!!!!!!!!!! Queen the Best!!!!!!!!!!!

  • God, I LOVE Taylor's voice. So rough.

  • perfection

  • I wrote a song called "I'm In Love With my Moped".

    It wasn't a hit though.

  • This made me lol big time! lol

  • lmao good one

  • first time I heard of Queen I was watching wayne's world where they were singing along to Bohemium Rhapsody in the car at the opening of the movie. No one can sing like Freddie Mercury, then and now. .

  • omg thats is very true and i love waynes world :P both legendary things!

  • I can't decide which version I like the best live or recored both are great, as for waynes world both 1 and 2 are great.

  • This is the best of 'i'm in love with my car'

  • does everyone have to pretend to be an expert?? talking about who hit what notes? shut up and enjoy him. On his worst day he'd sound better than any of us

  • I quite enjoy watching Roger play...

  • Oh yes, Freddie ruined his voice too :( that's the reason why he couldn't reach the high notes like before. For example in Bohemian Rhapsody when he sings "...so you think you can love me and leave me to die..." that he sings a C5 note.

  • Freddie didn't wreck his voice! Are you kidding me?

  • Actually no. First the C5 note isn't at that part. The C5 is done by Roger during the end of the opera part. It is also not done live because they don't do only one show. They did shows roughly every other night, most of the time they would run well over three hours. On tours lasting six months or more, singing three hours every other night, a lot of notes are cut down, NO singer can do that over that duration and be successful. Axl Rose, for instance, tried and failed. Listen to him now.

  • Additionally the opera part is never done live.

  • i think it is just not same. aint different class. only the bohemian raphsody has a wealth of in this case

  • Of course live is different than the album.

  • okay . i misunderstood u

  • Its NOT a C5, its a Bb5 and NOT chest voice.

  • @ThisIsKuroCat I'm not going to debate that, I took his word for it. Perhaps you're right. Regardless what I said stands otherwise.

  • i love queen!!! it can't get any better!!!

  • i don't think ever ruined his voice by smoking...

  • The amazing Roger Taylor!!!!!!!!!!!!! He has a great voice but it's not the same voice that he had between 1973-1976, he did the greatest falsettos in the world, but he ruined his voice by smoking. So i will never smoke, and it's bad to smoke if you are a singer.

  • That about smoking is absolutely true.. not only did it ruin Roger's voice.. it also ruined Freddie's during live shows in 1979-1982

  • There is nothing wrong with Roger's voice. The vocal change was a deepening from countertenor to tenor which happens to all singers in later life. Freddie for instance fought towards the end from falling from a tenor to a baritone.

  • Did you know that Freddie was also smoking ?

  • simplismente QUEEN...

  • great video!

  • i love the way they say killer

  • Roger's performance is godly. he plays with his hands, voice and soul

  • i'd love to be that guy who hands freddie his mic

  • great performance with roger

  • It should have been Queen rocks Toronto,we would have been wide awake and wild!!

  • I like Rock Montreal concert...one of the flashiest for John :-)

  • This crowd has got to be the most boring fucking crowd I have ever seen... No feed back whatsoever! No wonder Freddie was like "FUCK OFF".......

  • Maybe when they mixed the audio for the recording, the audience mics were turned down lower? Sometimes they'll do that, but it doesn't mean the audience wasn't making a lot of noice. However you are partly right, the audience at this gig wasn't terribly exciting, Freddie even notes this later in the show...

  • Snooze fest!

  • Roger and Brian talk about it on the BluRay commentary. The arena they were in was very iron-fisted with controlling crowds because of issues they had had in the past.

  • You missed the bit at the beginning where Freddie says "If you guys want to move around and shift your asses a little it's OK by us... you can take all your clothes off if you like too, doesn't matter,"

John and Roger start to play Under Pressure and Freddie tells them to "f**k off" before starting Killer Queen.

  • I sure wish I was alive when he perform this song. LOVE IT.

  • GREAT PERFORMANCE!!!

  • Perfect!

  • I dont realy like quuen but its my bros fav band and he killer queen sooooooo much

  • FREDDIE ur really missed by people who loves the voice behind a wonderful compositions. That's why ur a genius Freddie Mercury. I wish there's a revival of Queen's songs sung by Freddie Mercury with modern sounds and in DVD.

  • great percusion stuff

  • Exelente Roger tailor wn la raja !

  • no me canzo de verlo ahhhh

    asombrosoo la

    voz de roger preziozoooote

    <3

  • Roger's voice wasn't very good in this, i've heard much better performances of this song from him. The best example i think is on that CD that came with a newspaper that contained recordings of a Queen concert in 1979 and recordings of the We Will Rock You musical. The CD itself has been advertised on TV and is very good. Almost as good as live aid, but i think it is this song and how well Roger sang it that made it as good as it is.

  • 2 me...its bettr than " a night at the opera" prob cuz i heard this 1 first....idk

  • I'm love with my car ,what a song ..what's amazing skill and the drum set...what a liryc I love that song soo much.

  • I'm in love with my car

not I'm love with my car

  • it's only beer?

  • in the 80's Freddie only drank beer and water.............. and maybe champagne.

  • lolz

im in love with mii car is an amazing song...awesome song 2 do wit killer queen.......i hav this dvd and whenever i watch it i go straight 2 this....

  • i like the beer on the piano lol

  • In all the times I have seen queen live I have never heard Roger Taylor sing.

    Chris

  • Their voices are pure magic individually, but are also perfectly in harmony when they sing together; LOVE IT!

  • Awesome, from Killer Queen to I'm in love with my car! Brilliant.

  • Roger Taylor

  • who's the drummer????

  • roger teylor

  • His name is Roger Taylor...Not Roger Teylor....

  • i just love them i grew up with their music

and freddie will never be gone...

  • roger is HOT!

  • I love the drummers voice almost as much as Freddie's :D

  • Brian May's voice is also amazing. Such talent in a single band.

  • Brian May :S

    its Roger Taylor who sings

  • I said 'also'. With that I mean there is so much talent in one single band. Freddie, Brian and Roger can all sing angelic (I don't know about Deacon).

  • ahhh,

    sorry my mistake..

  • killer queen the song performance

  • One of the best Queen videos on Youtube.

  • A lot of Queen's songs sound MUCH better live, it's crazy since their studio stuff is great as well.

I love this Montreal concert, everything sounded great.

  • I know, its a phenominal set. You can download the whole set as a torrent. I'd recommend it.

  • QUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love you !!!!!!

  • Strange way to put it, when in music terms you associate "split" with a band breaking up surrounded by negative energy.

Freddie on the other hand once "We'll be together til we fucking die!" in front of a euphorically vocal crowd..! :'(

  • *said

  • brain Mays solo is mind blowing

  • i love both song's but in this concert they sound the best

  • they are so freaking awesome , no one can beat them

  • lovewhen it says"dynimate with a llazer beam"

  • God, it's ALL so good! I don't know where to start...so I won't...but THANKS for posting!

  • What an amazing concert

  • The Bass playing is fantastic

  • Whats not fantastic about Queen?

  • I cant think of anything :-)

  • Whats not fantastic about Queen? The fact that they had to "split" far too early. on the other hand: who knows what would have become out of them during the 90ies?!

  • Its a shame no one was able to find out, imagine how great they could have been then too, though they were already amazing, that was a basic dream team, all of the were the best of the best in what they could do

  • OMG, I just LOVE this concert!! :D

  • Roger's voice is epic as well. At the start of the second song, it sounds like his voice is starting up, like an engine, in a song about a car! I wonder if thats what he was thinking when he wrote it..!

  • If only I was this age, back then, so that I could see them at their best!

  • Roger is Amazing!!!!!!!!!! Queen= The best band to ever walk the earth!!!! And the universe

  • live roger

  • HOLY MOTHER!!! This video's great! I saw Taylor live in Brazil.. he's just amazing! Two perfect songs!

  • its amazing how roger sings and keep a beat!its awsome!

  • queen owns!their thedefinition of talent

  • once again i must ask, why, with both roger and brian having excellent voices did they choose boring old Paul Rogers, I know Freddie thougth he was good, but ol' freddie couldn't have had any idea how bad mr. rogers (and not the good one) would bleed their songs of any feeling.

  • agreed.. bring back tim staffell and reform SMILE or stop using the name Queen if they intend to continue with rogers

  • Nice quality and stunning performance!!

  • the best band EVER.

  • Genius! GO ROGER!!! Thanks Freddie.

  • Never forgotten.

  • Queen is the greatest rock band of all time.

  • Amazing (L) *.*

  • im love whith my car

  • oooo my god that was good --love roger

  • hey their people where the merchendise dvd cant by any concert of queen im asking a question and the people who loves queen i love theme all

  • I didn't know Rod Stewart played drums!

    Kidding. I love Roger Taylor.

  • tremendous!

  • I dont think people give John enough credit, as a bass player you are kind of in the background. 3x cheers to John aswell :)

  • And John still he deliver some real amazing line if you listen closely, this how the bass should be played

And Roger is so amazing at singing and drumming at the same time

John and Roger = The strong Foundation of queen

Brian & Freddie= The house itself with a beautifully color

  • A stunning performance!

To me Queen is the greatest rock band ever!

    I miss Freddy so much!

  • Yes they were! Queen were definitely one of the better live acts to see in the 70's - I liked early Queen they were much more heavier! Their first 4 albums are classic's! I just recently picked up an excellent copy of their 77 show on DVD (bootleg) from Earl's Court! It is a fantastic show & a great bootleg DVD! This show is definitely worth getting & when you see it you will understand why they were one of the greatest live bands ever!

  • The BEST Queen live show!!! LOVE these songs!!

  • Roger just oozes sexyness. <33

  • 2 wonderful songs!!

    queen were the best!

    DIOS SALVE A LA REINA!!
