I think that this is more realistic because they take small steps to get cured but in other shows they just get some genie to hypnotize them while they sing happy birthday and shuffle AT THE SAME TIME!!!
That's messed up that the girls siblings put garden gnomes in her bed! There is a difference between pranking your sister and making her fearful to be in her own home! Hopefully her loved ones figured out how much this hurt her.
Next..garden gnomes...well this i can understand why someone would be afraid of those....i am not but everytime i turn my back on them i always think they are moving or making fun of me while i'm not looking XD.

I have the same phobia of styrofoam peanuts, those things have been a nightmare for me since I was 2, I'm 30 now. Its hard to even watch this for me.
