The Healthcare Reform Bill should have been named Health Insurance Bill as that is what it has made mandatory for American's to purchase and that is what it mainly addresses. It as far as I have seen does not address the costs of Healthcare nor the costs of Insurance which will likely skyrocket leading to 2013.

So far, 50,000 troops have come home and all combat troops will be gone in August.Troops in Afghan. will start removing summer, 2011... Obama is finishing what Bush started...as usual.

By the way You are omitting the Afghanistan Troop surge which ends in August at which point they will be 100,000 strong. They are not leaving by August, but they may leave by 2013. If the troops get drawn down there will be a 50,000 strong force left in the region at the very least.
Point being Obama has continued Bush's Policy and will do so for at least another 2 to 3 years.

You forget that your treaty is A treaty which started negotiations for troop withdrawal out of Iraq under the Bush Administration. Said treaty is for Iraq and NOT for the Region.
As I said Obama is still furthering Bush policy and the Treaty does not invalidate that. So looking at the wars as proof is still a valid statement.

Maybe hospitals and doctors should have to have hourly rates and costs of procedures posted outside of their business, like a auto repair shop, so people can compare prices and shop around for lowest prices, this would force health care providers to lower their prices to compete with rival doctors and hospitals, maybe they would run a coupon special in the newspapers on operations or exams.

The Healthcare Reform Bill should have been named Health Insurance Bill as that is what it has made mandatory for American's to purchase and that is what it mainly addresses. It as far as I have seen does not address the costs of Healthcare nor the costs of Insurance which will likely skyrocket leading to 2013.

By the way You are omitting the Afghanistan Troop surge which ends in August at which point they will be 100,000 strong. They are not leaving by August, but they may leave by 2013. If the troops get drawn down there will be a 50,000 strong force left in the region at the very least.
Point being Obama has continued Bush's Policy and will do so for at least another 2 to 3 years.

You forget that your treaty is A treaty which started negotiations for troop withdrawal out of Iraq under the Bush Administration. Said treaty is for Iraq and NOT for the Region.
As I said Obama is still furthering Bush policy and the Treaty does not invalidate that. So looking at the wars as proof is still a valid statement.

Maybe hospitals and doctors should have to have hourly rates and costs of procedures posted outside of their business, like a auto repair shop, so people can compare prices and shop around for lowest prices, this would force health care providers to lower their prices to compete with rival doctors and hospitals, maybe they would run a coupon special in the newspapers on operations or exams.

The best thing about this health insurance bill passing is listening to all of the right wingers bitch. I love it. It must be very romantic being the lone "individual" in a "socialist" state. Please continue living your fantasy. In the meantime, if you get injured fighting your ghosts there will be health insurance for you. And if ever decided to get help for your mental illness there will be doctors available for you too.
