  • really really good info in this video. cheers

  • @mrgdramirez Good luck :)

  • really good info. Thanks man im definitely going to take your advice. Im really trying to get a 6pk and get that V shape but dang its hard. I do a lot of cardio. I've been working out for 3 months now and im seeing some good results. I turn 30 in Dec :-\ so im trying to get in real good shape fast to get this tattoo i want for my 30 bday. haha anyways thanks again for the info!

  • @mrgdramirez You are not gonna get a six-pack and a v-taper in 3 months at the age of 30 because your metabolism is much slower which causes you to lose fat much slower than a 20 year old. 30 is still a very tender age and if you have seen some good results stick to them and you will see results in 1 year. Good Luck

  • I've just turned 13 im 6 ft and 70 kg i play rugby 4 times a week if I started to use supplements would I stunt my growth?

  • @bigmanbigj89 i would like to know too because im 6 foot 1 inch and im 14

  • @ Bwilsonfitness. Thanks for much for the info . 4 months ago i asked u that question and ever since then i been running up to 5 miles. I started out just walking in the morning and nights and slowly i paced it up. I also purchased insanity about 4 months ago. For starters it kicked my butt. But now its like im getting board with the dvds. I haven't weighed myself in 4 months kind of scared to. BUT! lots of people that i haven't seen in a while have noticed a huge change in my weight drop.

  • not here to be a hater or anything, but you forgot one of the most important parts to bulking up. CARBS.............no matter how much protein you take in without carbs your body will just steal the protein from your muscles. simple carbs immediately after workout and complex throughout the day. protein, carbs and healthy fats key ingredients to bulking up! thanks nice vid by the way!

  • seriously...this is like the best supplement vid out there. thanks for the info.

  • Creatine might be bad for kidneys for some peope causing

kidney stones. A personal experience twice for me in 1997 and 2001.

Quit the creatine, been fine since for 10 years. A personal experience as well from a family relative who has won many bodybuilding contests all over Texas. We didn't know we each had stones till he started talking about it, thinking of the same time and same thing what caused my kidney stones. Painful as hell...

  • hello. i'm 5'6" and i weigh 245. how can i turn all this fatty into muscle?

  • @rickdawg30 u cant turn fat into muscle...do cardio and build muscle...you can also do programs like p90x or insanity

  • @povlump You can turn fat into muscle if you have a very small amount of fat, if you have alot of body fat it becomes almost impossible to turn it into fat, my friend put on a tiny bit of weight and turned it into muscle however fat is a bitch to burn, if I'm wrong let's be civil about it. I go gym myself, i have been going for 3 months now and have boosted my benching weight fromm 30K at the start to 60K at the minute, I had no body fat though(don't think i'm a bench monkey) peace!

  • @Iapology Muscle* :L

  • @Iapology oh ok then...

  • @Iapology , thats probably one of the most common misconseptions....fat dont turn into muscle, you build muscle and burn fat...fat is an outer layer that sits on muscle and as your muscle grows and the more calories burned the more fat that is burned.....fat = a stick of butter you heat it up it melts, it doesnt turn solid

  • @rickdawg30 start of doing nothing but cardio after you drop about 40 pounds, wich will come quicker than you think, go mon-chest tues- arms - wends- back -thurs legs-fri shoulders...do 15 min of cardio befor each work out....go medium weight 10-15 reps...then after you get down to about 185 start lifting heavy....4-6 work outs 4-8 reps of heavy weight and throw a dropset at the end of each core work out..

  • hello I'm 18 and I'm trying to gain weight I want to know if u can help me I'm 125 trying to go up to 140 do u have any tips u can give me

  • The only truth he explains about creatine monohydrate are the growth benifits. He clearly doesn't no the harmfull effects it has on your body and liver. Creatine monohydrate is not water soluable at all and is very stressfull when by-passing the liver. It also only puts water weight on you and when you stop using it, you loose all the mass you believed you put on. I highly recomend spending a bit more $ on a preworkout product with eigher magnesium creatine chelate or Kre-alkyline creatine

  • I usually do ok w/o any pre workout supplements, but i often hit a slump for about 5-10 minutes after i've been there about 15-20 mins..but it goes away..a wholesome meal about half an hour before a workout is like nature's steroids i think lol..mashed potatoes & steak =ENERGY
