I saw these in leeds in the eighties, they were supporting simple minds at roundhay park,it was a hot sunny day and I had just got home from spain the day before,it was one of the best gigs I have ever been to.
my fave band of all time even before the beatles. didnt know about mark & nik kershaw before. wouldnt say that sold him out as i also like kershaw for his lyrics. nice feedback at the end.
where are so many more eves vids that should be on here? damn koreen drama has more.
Crying shame! Fucking warnings before you view and after you view! What ever happened to actually enjoying something without being inimitated! Wonderful video, shame about the constraints!
the bassist andy and guitarist tim are freinds of mine ,i turned down a blind date with her and the drummer played at live aid with (cant remember) some 80s crappola
Before joining All About Eve, Mark Price played with Nick Kershaw's band, and appeared with them at Live Aid. He was with Del Amitri up until a couple of years ago: not sure whether the rumours about him currently being with Right Said Fred are true...
What a GREAT band... unfortunately, totally unknown here in the US. I got their album when working at a radio station! LOVE THEIR Stuf. They remind me of Renaissance (which I used to listen to when I was younger)... I love English bands!
Julianne was hot back then, and I'm sure she still is now

She used to sing a lot better, a way lot better. Sorry sight to see such a fine vocalist getting old & worn out.

Fantastic, they were a great alternative to the usual crap in the 80's. I saw them live twice.
