Brings me back to a unique night at the End in London - DD on the tables, Mr C causing mischief, the rest of us in bliss while it breaks.... and as the smoke lifts and the rift returns excitement mounted till take off - the C man was making outrageous shapes within the punters, everyone loved each other even more than usual given their diet that evening ... atmospheric house at its best, at one of the best clubs there ever was. RIP the End.

And I prefer this mix to the Armaggedon Breakdown. Wasn't a big fan of the breakdown on that mix. I think DD did justice to the original, but always wanted to hear what Sven Vath thought of the mix.
Absolutely one of my favorites. Sitting in a comfy chair with the cans on, listening to everything build up together. The composition on this track is second to none, and gave me a real lesson as to how to use sounds. And no phrase is ever quite the same. A real masterpiece, and probably one of my top 3 of all time. Honestly, between this and Dusted, I think Deep Dish was at the absolute top of their game. Super emotional, blissed out, perfection.
I bump this very loud and very often.
