Not really they can be used in other trains

I don't know if they are compatible but it has happened before. There is a video of an alstom and a siemens coupled together, and it sounds really weird!

Next time you do it, stand more far back and aim the camera straight so u can get both trains leaving at the same time. Nice vid !
