He thinks that leadership is the art of humiliating people in the midst of their peers and putting them down. His publicly incessant use of profanity is the very height of disgraceful leadership. It's really sad because he has been rewarded very handsomely for his outrageous conduct and behavior and so he'll probably never change. It's sad.

Ramsay is a decent human being whom only gets mad at the "chefs" that are fucking up the most simple of food orders. 5. People want to work with Gordon and when you do then you need to shut up, listen and do what he says because he will make you a great chef. If they cant handle it then they know where the door is because as they exit they're plenty of other people willing to walk in and take their place.

Gordon is an excellent Chef and very successful businessman, unfortunately he is unable to tell the difference between being demanding and being demeaning. He thinks that leadership is the art of humiliating people in the midst of their peers and putting them down. His publicly incessant use of profanity is the very height of disgraceful leadership. It's really sad because he has been rewarded very handsomely for his outrageous conduct and behavior and so he'll probably never change. It's sad.

He has realised a lot of his mistakes and changed a small amount for the better, he now seems to look like he cares about his staff and doesn't demean too much.
