the police did a good job. you could clearly see him raise his gun behind his leg. But because he was black, he will be viewed as the victom. I don't care what his race may be. common sence will tell you, you have a crazy man shooting passing cars sayin he's from out of space, he is clearly dangerious. the police were merciful, asking him to drop the gun. he didn't. this guy made a sudden move, and the police reacted.
