I don't know what model Marshall head Randy's using (a newer one, I assume), but he absolutely-NAILS Jimi's clean tone - more so than anyone I've ever heard. I love his KR gear (I got on the waiting-list for a Megavibe a couple years ago, and I kept $300 set aside for like a year, but right before my name came up, my car died on me and I had to use some of the $300 and didn't have enough for the Megavibe. I was bummed. I want one of those things in the worst way. Maybe someday.
