  • He's fucking awesome!!! Not like that gay fat ass andy bolton.

  • @Ursusdk

That gay fat ass could deadlift your house and strangle you with two fingers.

  • holy shit this was a FAST squat. he probably coulda done much much more that day. he has the potential for 800

  • como aguantan las rodillas? a mi con mucho cuidado y 150kilos ya las tengo resentidas mal...que puedo hacer?

  • @13andincrediblycut why the fuck do you go to every weightlifting video and type in this bullshit. Click your name and what comes up?? A channel for some girl. Stop saying all of this bullshit. I am getting tired of reading it. Sorry you need to lie to people to get more views. If that is what you need in life, more youtube hits, then you live in a sad world.

  • @13andincrediblycut your existence is pitiful

  • This guy is an absolute fkn beast....

  • How tall is KK?

  • this guy is the fuckin man. all of his lifts are world class.

  • Those aren't wraps that's a surgical bandage..... watch it around his knees, wraps move in a different way. This is a 727 squat in a belt and what probably amounts to good sleeves.

  • @Darvon, I can't tell if those are knee sleeves or wraps, but other than that, he's wearing a singlet and a belt, so it looks raw to me.

  • He's a badass, don't get me wrong, but how is that raw?

  • @Darvon wraps and a belt= "raw" (stupiddddddd word) in most competitions

  • BITCH POWER

  • he could do with some bigger calves

  • How can someone who has small hips and legs squat so much? This looks impossible.

  • when will you learn, big muscles doesnt mean stronger!!! its all gota do with the nervous system and contraction

  • Finally someone with a brain! Great answer!

  • crazy power

  • this guy does not appear to have any weaknesses. beast

  • Raw or multi who cares Shut up and lift.....Compete against the guys in your meet.i assume they will use the same..

  • thanks to all for the info.

    God bless.

  • I don't understand what "RAW" is. Does that singlet that says INZER on it help? what about the belt and knee wraps? Anyway He is a beast. Good work Kons

  • INZER makes nice singlets. Belts are raw in almost every federation. Alot of federations also include wrist and knee wraps as raw as they add more protection then they do any boost to your lifts.

  • so you can use knee wraps, belt and wrist wraps..but no power straps...right? I asume that's why most use chalk and a mixed grip.

  • @Ironhoist I have never seen a powerlifting event where straps were allowed. Some strongman events do, but I've never seen it in powerlifitng.

  • "Raw,medical bandage, belt" The singlet does not help you must wear one in any raw competition.

  • @Ironhoist No the singlet does not help, it is not a "squat suit" just a spandex covering. The belt helps you keep your arch and some guys claim they can get 40lbs out of knee wraps, but wraps and a belt are considered raw in most competitions.

  • Raw is the only way to go.

  • I guess I'm just ignorant on the subject, but I really don't see the point of seeing who can lift the most with a suit that helps you lift. Who cares about who can 'fake-lift' the most. In my opinion RAW lifts should be the only ones that count.

  • @ian9toes It's not ignorant at all to think that way ..........

  • stan efferding is the strongest body builder

  • Nah looks like a squat. You need to do some reading.

  • "Parshall".

    heh.

  • *correction he may of been suited

  • Thats what I thought, he has done geared before, but KK does look like he might be able to hit 800 raw someday maybe within a year, this 727 looked way to easy, and looked like he could have done reps with it.

  • how much can you squat mouth your body weight 150 dam idiot trukkaman

  • thas no squat yo dumass kraka woch my man ronnie do reps wit 800 an cum bak apoligiz fo i slap yo upsid the hed

  • You are an idiot. ANYONE who can squat over 700 doesn't have "no legs." This man is lifting for STRENGTH, NOT SIZE. And Ronnie squated 800 with a SUITE and a BELT and better KNEE WRAPS. I'd like to see Coleman do a lift that deep with the weight that Konstantin is doing. And another thing, Ronnie Coleman isn't your man. He would probably give proprs to KK and KK would probably give props to him. YOU are a disgrace to real men who work hard.

  • Agreed, Ronnie is a strong son of a gun, but on his squats he used a suit and knee wraps, on his deads he used straps. KK might be able to squat more then ronnie raw and with a suit, he can also out deadlift him by a mile, and possibly even out bench him as well.

It is probably safe to say ronnie is one of the strongest bodybuilders though.

  • skiney ass whitey gots no legs he shud work his legs mor

  • Yeah, he raw squatted 727. Clearly he needs to work his legs more. Fucking facepalm.

  • Sarcasm evades you pal. Yet again, facepalm..

  • @celconicuzn

sorry dude, i wasnt meant to reply to your post. It was directed at trukkaman. Not sure what happened there

  • You shouldn't even be allowed to drop Ronnie Coleman's name, a man who is an outstanding individual and a real champion. He is so far removed from you and your petty, vapid, mindless bullshit that your idolization of him is pathetic.

  • I know Stan Efferding beat KK's total, but if you watch his bench video and, of course, this squat video, it's VERY obvious that he has 50+ pounds left on each lift. He probably could have squatted 800+, benched 600 RAW and his deadlift is about right where it should be. So he has a 2300+ in him somewhere.

  • In an interview, stan even said himself that konstantinovs can and will most likely break his raw total.

  • Everybody keeps telling me this. What interview was it? Where can I find it?

  • The interview is here on youtube, just type in

"Team Super Training: Flex Wheeler - Stan "Rhino" Efferding - Mark Bell - Post Meet Interview"

  • Yeah it is quite possible, but the same could be said about Stan, Stan almost hit a 855 squat and injured his hamstring, and deadlifted 793 on that injured hamstring may have easily hit 800+ if that didn't happen, stan also looked like he may have been good for 610-620 in the bench. So bottom line is both these guys have plenty of room to spare on there lifts. These two need to go head to head in a meet, that would be something.

  • Shit that would be something crazy! But that would be hard to arrange. I think they should keep pushing the totals until they're something ridiculous. KK will beat the deadlift world record except it'll be raw and Stan will beat the raw bench record. THE END

  • Stan might take the raw squat record and the bench record in the 275 raw class, the record squat with wraps is 865, and stan has done 850 in training, and almost had 855 at his meet, the bench record at a full power meet is 614, and single lift it is 650, stan did 606 and probably had room to spare, I agree with ya that KK will def break the deadlift world record probably geared and raw, and just keep increasing it., imagine if he bulked up too, he might hit 1000 raw maybe.

  • Konstantinovs can squat over 800 theres a vid of him on here doin it. If he pushed himself he could take the squat record

  • Stan needs to stop bodybuilding and focus on powerlifting in my opinion, he is an ok bodybuilder and all, but you hear more about him and his powerlifting achievements you don't really hear much about his bodybuilding accomplishments, he just sort of came out of the blue not to long ago. He would be a total force to be reckoned with if he focused more on powerlifting then bodybuilding, and if he bulked up to a 308 or super heavy weight as well just imagine what monster he might become.

  • I think Stan and KK should race to a 2300-2400 total, that would be crazy in my opinion, raw lifting needs these type of lifters, raw records haven't moved much over there years, its mainly all geared stuff now.

  • I agree we do need more raw weight lifters because honestly I couldn't give 2 shits about geared lifts. Raw power is far more impressive and Just look at Stan and Konstantine they're doing what people do in suits and shirts except they're hitting the weights raw. But I still think Stan should be a bodybuilder. Strong bodybuilders are a need, plus he wants to be the strongest in 275. And I think he really just wants to have the title of "world's strongest bodybuilder."

  • One thing that impresses me the most about Stan is he is 42 years old, and most people seem to peak in there 30s, most world class lifters seem to be in there 30s, you don't see to many in there 40s, and by that age weightlifters seem to start losing there strength.

KK however is like 30, so the guy has a lot of years ahead of him, stan has the lead now but since KK is younger he will probably beat stan because he has a lot more years ahead of him.

  • Geared records get broken to often I think, but a lot of the raws records still from like the 1970's, the raw total isn;t even 2400, I want to see someone total that raw or 2500 someday. Also I want to see someone do a 1000 pound raw lift on the squat or dead, nobody has done 1000 raw on any of the 3 lifts, that would be insane!

  • I am all for raw lifting. If I saw a man pinned under car, I wouldn't be like, "hold on while I get my inzer triple Z fifty bazillion ply jerkoff suit." I'd either be able to lift the car and free the man, or not. Raw powerlifting is where it's at.

  • Thats kind of the way I see shirts, when i want to lift I don't want anyone assisting me i want to do it all my own really, I would get more satisfaction out of lifting a huge weight over my head on my own, and not have some crane or forklift helping me lift it.

I really want to see someone hit a 1000 on a raw lift like the squat or dead, and an 800 raw bench someday. Raw records are barely moving, but geared records are moving left and right.

  • An 800 lb raw bench is far away, nobody officially benched 800 at the IPF in single ply. yet raw... A 1000lb raw squat and deadlift are maybe achievable but we'll wait some years to see them.

  • yeah I know an 800 is probably very far way, I think KK here may have the potential to break the 1000 pound raw barrier on the deadlifts, he has hit 939 before, and he is only 31, so he has plenty of years to keep getting monstrously strong, maybe he will even hit a 2300-2500 total someday, he looks like he has a lot of room to spare on the bench and squat.

  • yeah, and he has the body structure to put on some more weight.

  • Yeah I agree, he competes as as 275 and 308 I think, imagine if he bulked up into the super heavy weight class even, 300+ pounds of pure power!!

  • Keep the faith, my friend. There are 700 lb plus raw benchers out there, and Paul Anderson was a 1,000 plus raw squatter. Valentin Dikul can deadlift over 1,000 lbs with just a belt and straps. I think that Stan Efferding or the Big K will set a new raw record soon.

  • @TirumphantAce Nobody has ever squatted 1,000 raw and certainly nobody has deadlifted it raw. People have only done it in suits.

  • @Fir3fly798 Really? You know this because you have read the RESEARCHED AND END NOTED book called "The Mightiest Minister," and managed to DEBUNK that research and prove that Anderson WASN'T that strong? No? I didn't think so. Many reliable sources indicate that Anderson was a 1,000 plus squatter. Raw. Sorry man, but you just don't know your stuff.

  • @TirumphantAce Wow just wow your unnecessary hostility and that statement shows how naive and ignorant you are. I never said that Anderson "Wasn't Strong," but a 1,000 raw squat would not go unwritten in history you retard, get over it. Yeah Anderson could squat 1,000 raw because it was written in a book, yeah just like how Mark Henry could squat and dead lift over 800 when he was in high school but the world record deadlift in high school is 632. Yep very legitimate evidence there.

  • @Fir3fly798 I'm not the one name calling, but I'll set aside the groundless ad hominim attacks and concentrate on some objective points. First, a specific set of circumstances has to be met in order for there to be an "official" record set. The movement has to be recorded and judged. Anderson didn't do most of his best lifts in competition, he did them in exhibitions. The book that I referenced is thoroughly researched and cites sources that can be looked further into.

  • @Fir3fly798 Just because you are a natural skeptic and because you aren't as well read as others doesn't mean you should be childish. You skepticism from what I can see is ungrounded. You just don't know what you are talking about. The apparatus that Anderson squatted with in his shows was over 1,000 lbs. If you can actually look into the points I am making and respond to them intelligently, then go ahead. But generalizations and sophistry get you nowhere. You don't know "squat."

  • @TirumphantAce I've read the book, and I speak in terms of fact. I know it must pain you to here this, but although Mr. Anderson was strong, his lifts were grossly exaggerated. If you want proof, then YOU good sir should research it. Not only did he use aluminum weights at most of his exhibitions, but his Vegas show acts had the weights completely mislabeled (for example: his proclaimed 1165 lb safe squat was actually only in the upwards of 600 +). You don't believe me? I am not

  • @TirumphantAce speaking out of just skepticism, and I am not the only one who knows of his history being dis proven. Hell there was even a tv special on Paul Anderson that reveals most of his proclamations to be fraud. Face it man, sometimes our heros are not what they are made out to be. The lesson here is that if you become famous you should not lie a great deal, or you should not lie in general. Although I would like to point out "The Mightiest Minister" was a good read and I a

  • @TirumphantAce agreed with most of Paul Anderson's philosophies. But most of the cited sources are not legitimate at all. I think it is odd you would assume I have never read the book if I knew who Paul Anderson even was.

  • first off, youll never be able to lift a car off a person, second, youll probably never amont to shit in powerlifting.

Its all hunky Dory to do a couple local meets raw one day in your life, but if you want to be the best and compete with the best and be remembered for a long ass time, you gotta lift multiply. Your not gonna accomplish shit in raw or single ply. Every big name powerlifter is *gasp* multiply!

  • And that's why Konstantin is universally recognized by every single authority in the lifting world as one of the strongest human being on the planet. That's why Paul Anderson's name was just a flash in the pan. That's why EVERYONE has forgotten who Pat Casey is. You clearly don't really know what your are talking about. Franco Columbo? Totally unknown.

And if you where large enough and strong enough, you could life a car off a man. Case in point: Franco Columbo.

  • easy shit for him

  • He doesn't fuck around does he!!

  • Comment removed

  • WOW, this guys lower back is insane!

  • Well I have a question then, if he is apparently wearing an inzer suit, knee wraps, and a belt, does that really count as a "raw" squat?

  • this suit is like t-shirt

    knee warps - medical bandage

  • It's not a suit man, that's just a ,,singlet". Lifters are not allowed to wear normal t-shirts while competing, so they have to wear a singlet. It helps as much as a tank top (= ZERO).

  • Its a singlet not a suit, and raw is unequipped with a suit, 100% raw is naked with just a tube sock

  • Thats just a single piece lifting suit required by all powerlifting federations. He's not wearing a suit. Belt and Wraps are allowed by some raw federations.

  • Inzer singlet, not a squat suit.

  • 1) I am a fan

    2) KK has some tiny legs (esp. for a raw 330kg squat)

    3) He does twice the work (force x distance) of anyone else I've seen lift +500 lbs

  • i'm a fan too

and I noticed his legs looked puny. it must just be the angle in the vid tho, cause with the weight he pulls in deads he's gotta have some serious mass in the quads and hips.

  • Its just cuz his back is so big in comparison

  • Honestly, what the fuck do some people want.... Konstantinovs to lift naked? is that raw? They would probably still say its not raw because he still has pubic hair or something.... god dam

  • LOL XD

  • Even with some knee wraps, it's still raw, and that amount is ridiculously hard without gear. Squat suits and briefs do so much more than some people think.

  • Depends on the federation, but most raw comps allow belts. The shirt he's wearing doesn't look like a squat shirt so he should be raw.

  • Raw in most federations allows wrist wraps, knee wraps, and a belt... No suit, briefs, or bench shirt.

  • It was a drug-tested competition. Whilst that does not by any means mean 'drug-free' - he has more proof that he is drug free than any of the morons saying he uses drugs.

He had the balls to do it all raw and get drug-tested - I'll take that over some fat-ass gear-whore who takes roids 5 times a day.

  • not drug free you dumbasses. this is a wpc meet. he has never pulled 800+ in a DRUG TESTED meet. so what? nobody on earth, no matter how much juice, can do what he did in that meet.

  • He's not drug free. I'm a huge KK fan but he's not drug free and I don't need to see a drug test to know that. No one is ripped at 280 pounds and deadlifts 950 drug free I don't care what kind of genes they have.

  • yes but his genes do more for him than the steroids do.

  • Then you don't know much about anabolics.

  • Your are correct

  • drug free? nope.

    strong? hell yeah.

  • I hope this was a drug free competition, I don't like to see him competing against steroid users

  • all round stong fella

  • Considering he can squat this, and deadlift those huge numbers... his legs are tiny..

  • Well he is rather tall, and fit actually (no huge amounts of body fat), and his back is probably the most diesel in history.

  • ну нихуя ссе

  • this man is raw

  • Easy! he could do 20 kilos more

  • Damn, amazing form. I wonder what his daily caloric intake is...

  • Wolfo ti mudak on latiw tolka govorit po ruski on rodisla v latvii i zhivjot v latvii taksto eto latvian power....

  • Вот она - RUSSIAN POWER !!!!!!

  • Когда же ему будет тяжело?)))

  • That was easy!! I'm glad to see that Konstantinovs has also a good squat.

  • too easy for him

  • i had no idea kons had such strong legs they are so skinny.,

fucking best powerlifter on this planet right now.

    just saying.

  • well done!

  • Great form!

  • and the dude that said he's 'mostly using his back'... lol. good example of a comment from somebody that has no idea what the hell they're talking about :)

  • Narrow stance, great depth!

  • NOW THAT IS A SQUAT!!!!!!!

  • fabulous!

  • VERY NICE

  • Great Konstantinovs!

  • It's not 715ish, it's 727...It says that all over in the title and description.

  • This isn't bodybuilding where you isolate the quads for a squat.

  • This is one of those myths that I find kind of annoying.

A bent over "power squat" is not "mostly back." You could argue it's mostly HIPS - butt and hamstrings. The back works harder in the sense that, the more bent over you are, the more it has to work just to stay in the same position.

But the major muscles actually causing the movement to happen are the hip extensors, NOT the "back."

  • he's damn close to pulling a grand as it is. he's tall as hell which makes the leverages for the squat harder. insane lift Kons, keep it up man!

  • Leverages, Smeverages. His bad-ass Benching and Deadlifting is proof enough that he's overcome the difficulties of being tall.

I don't know if he spends all that much time training his squat. This is only the second video I've ever seen of him squatting. The other one was also of a competition squat.

If he's out to be the greatest raw lifter in history, I would assume his squat would be the best place to add pounds to his total at this point.

  • You, sir, are quite wrong. There are videos of him squatting over 800+ at 23 years of age. Ever thought he was trying to leave some in the tank so he could break the all time raw deadlift record?

  • nicely done
