I think a train might be coming some time this week to pick up the two disused rails at the side of the track.

I was up the pit tip today and there was a mega10railer moving the rails closer to the track.

Went to the bridge at bescar lane and looked up the track to thoresby colliery signal box, i could see all the way to the signal box but there were no trains there.

@1985landrover - The train came through ollerton from tuxford at 13:15 i think it was a 31 but not to sure.

I have seen the HOBC on the high marnham track aswell. I saw it neer the old burnt out ollerton signal box.
