Let me be more descriptive;

An old man, wheelchair-bound but of sound mind, talking about his life in the care home now that nobody comes to visit him anymore. He's wracked with guilt and wonders what he did or said that caused his adult children to stop visiting. He knows he will die alone and forgotten.

And his roommate is an excellent violin player, so of course you get to hear that while the old man tells his story.
