people who think humans soely create/created global warming are stupid. the earth works in long cycles. even our magnetic field is reversing. the sun isnt helping, pollution isnt helping. but an estimated only 5% of our pollution is furthering global warming. its a cycle in our planet. hence the ice age. were just on the upside of the cycle. then it will start getting colder and ppl will think they fixed it. and they didnt.

Well.... The problem is there are supporting facts on both sides. I would try and "stop" global warming, because if pollutants and if the humans actually did cause global warming, and if they continue to, we might cease to exist... So.

In a little extreme example, you are going to skydive one day. A friend says you are all ready to jump, while the other says you are not equiped properly. While the two are argueing, would you jump? or let the second friend fix it for you?

i actually like that example. but here is the thing. being in the military airborne we do all our prep on the ground and make sure we are ready to go. but i get what you mean lol. Its not to say that the earths cycle is the ONLY thing causing the warming. But changing the entire way we live isnt practical. no more oil? combustion engines provide way more power and torque then electric motors what about cranes, giant machinery, we should reduce but not reform.

Why don't NASA just look at the thermometers they have on Mars, and other probes around the Solar System, and see if it's getting hotter??

Then they'd know whether warming was specific to this planet, or a result of changes with the sun.
