@MtrLamanco -heated the structure with warm water, combined with the weight it simply uses gravity for downward motion. after a couple of uses the whole unit needs to be submerged into warm water again.
@thebigticket7575 - you are correct, but after i use it a couple of times i found it takes longer to form ice. according to the manufactures instructions, it suggests to submerge the unit in warm water every other form.

@humanity6fl9 ummm no its heavy and that pressure causes it to melt, if you were to touch it , its very cold.
