I Have been body building for a year now and started using your workouts for my warm ups and on my cardio days. Man these workouts take alot of energy and have help me with my toning.
For all the poeple out there that want to have a buff and ripped looking body, mix these workouts in with your weight training.
when your doing it with the help of the chair i thot the second time you say the tip on how you can do it.. you will say like this... IF THIS IS STILL REALLY HARD THEN JUST GO BACK IN YOUR BED AGAIN.. LOL...

I like that you're explaining the exercises because I am a beginner, and I find a lot of your workouts way out of my level. I'm still trying to master the Get Hot Cardio, and it's been almost two weeks. Haha. But your explanations really help me realize how I can alternate a lot of workouts. :)
this one is going to be fun.. I have an Idea.. have you thought about making an iTunes app for your exercises.. I would love to have your workouts on my Ipod touch to work out.. even away from home.. it would be awesome.. going to do this one tomorrow.. my scores will suck but will post them..
