Besides the fact that all hell has broken loose in my life on every level and affecting everything this past week, I have found it especially difficult to remain peaceful and centered. Emotions haven't been as eratic as perhaps they've been in the past, but they've been intense just the same. So yes...I resonate with this...BIG time! :)

The only weird thing about the weather here in the UK is how mild it is for this time of year. We've had no snow yet this winter, only a couple of frosts, the daytime temp is hovering around 6 degrees. The plants are all budding up thinking it must be Spring, but we seem to have skipped Winter, unless we get a late cold snap.

I think it does affect us definitely...for me I usually find I feel tired and have extremely vivid dreams....as regards feeling cranky, try just closing yourself down and trying to go with the feeling....use it as a time to soak up all them cosmic vibes that what I try to do!! I have found myself being emotional and unreasonable this month. And others, too. I try to calm people down and remind them, let's work together. I am picking up a lot of panic and hostility and try not to play into it. It does not harm or shame me if I offer a sincere apology and step back a bit. Remember the gravity waves in July, 2009? Ya, here in Michigan (North-Eastern United States) the weather is extremely fucked up. It's hardly snowed at all: we should be having massive winter snowstorms. Where I am in Michigan, no snowfall came even up to Christmas and through the rest of december. There's been maybe a few centimeters of snow (we should've had meters by now). We've just had a major thunder/lightning storm last night, which, I don't recall ever occuring during this time of year in michigan. I also blame HAARP.

Here in L.A. the sun was unbelievably bright today. I couldn't freaking believe, when I left my office at lunch, what I was seeing. I've never seen it like that. It hurt to even glance anywhere near it. I didn't feel moody today, but sure have been with all chemtrails they've been spraying here. It's unreal. My ex-husband never believed me when I said they had an affect on me, but man do I get irritable when they're spraying. If a chair gets in my way I would be ready to kill it.

Another outstanding, informative video, Dee. I find myself continuously affected by the sun's energy fluctuations. It does impact on my mood from day to day and it's noticeable. To be honest, I really haven't made much of an effort to ground myself. I guess I need to get off my lazy ass and do something about it! ;)
