I have been to this area personally recently, and i can tell you this is security footage from outside the number 2 hospital in urumqi city on the 5th of july. The chinese have been rstrained by the government from retaliating against the uighers up to now. I believe that the chinese government needs to show the uighers some force so they live in fear and won't ever dare to even think about organising riots and killing civilians again
