awclewis, I see your point. A major memorial park design is in the works (however, it's controversial), and the land was in dispute for all these years (the owners wanted $10mil). In the meantime, average Americans came to this site and have, over time, created this "people's memorial" to honor Flight 93 heroes. I think it's special for that very reason.

Is this a joke? Where is the family outrage over this pathetic memorial? Better question, where is the airline family member outrage from ANY of the flights?
Why was LAX and SFO completely evacuated prior to the expected arrival of the four hijacked planes? No other airports were evacuated in this manner.
Where is any media coverage of grieving airline family members? There are plenty of NYC grieving families, but none from the flights.
