People don't feel old, Im 33 and still play video games, shit 40 is the new 20, the real video game players started with NES, these kids today don't know shit about what a REAL game is
It really makes me happy to hear this. I wish more kids your age would try and do the same. Most of your generation really has no idea just how wonderful and magical a lot of these games were.
@calimantis I know :/ I talk to my friends about them and i'm glad they like these games rather than all those games like "COD" and games like that which have no creativity or imagination put into them like these games.
I would say "old" is somewhere after 40 or so, and not even then would you count as truly "old", since a lot of people tend to look relatively youthful even at that age. ;P
@Cexee1 Sorry to break the chain of 'old' dudes, but I'm 18 and I love this game. Got at a pawn shop a couple days ago, and I've only played it a few times as of yet, but it's awesome, man, it's awesome. Actually, most of the classics are better than many of the, uh, currents.
@Cexee1 Don't feel old, I'm 33 and I just bought an original NES from Ebay with a bunch of games and the Official Nintendo Players Guide, and after 20 plus years I finally beat this bitch!
They must compose a formanl orchestral arrangement for this brilliant masterpiece! The theme just seems like it gives me a deep understanding of the majestically enigma of Samus Aran
@CrystallLink See that number next to the word "Nintendo"? 1986. Metroid came first. Pokemon didn't exist until about 10 years later. So you should say "Lavender Town reminds me of this"
@MarioMan771 Because it's definitely not Crystall's first time hearing this. It's in NO WAY possible that this person played Pokemon before Metroid...not at all....
@MarioMan771 No because to be reminded, one must have had the experience prior to the thing that reminds them of it.
He obviously knew Lavender town first.
In other words, how can he say "Lavender town reminds me of this", if he had nothing to be reminded of (he didn't know about this until he said "this reminds me of lavender town")
Just because this was before DOES NOT overrule the fact that pokemon was before this for him?!?
@SuperCrazf Thanks for the information. I have never played any metroid games except the first and that was only for about 20 minutes. I have seen the credits but never really made the connection that they were the same person or that it might even be possible.
This just goes to show how BADASS NES and SNES were. The music developers had to be as creative as positive given the limited resources and they did a damn great job too!

0:42 - 1:28 this part needs to be in more metroid title themes, i dont hear it anymore besides zero mission.
now most of the metroid games all you hear is the 0:00 DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN, DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN creppy part in metroid games
i might be incorrect but if remember right those are the only 2 games ive heard that part.
