Trish, when I got your message, I nearly cried. I had maximum faith in Stef's wizardry, but we were up against Google, and there ARE limits. This is the best news of the year!

Stefanie has been most helpful and friendly and she made me feel like she actually cared... which after months of getting nowhere with youtube was so fabulous!
She made me do some trouble-shoooting, i even learned how to take a screenshot as i never knew how before and we went through all the settings in my dashboard and i found out i could unlink from google and use my old e-mail addy and luckily i had written down the password!
Stef is a dear, and she's enormously dedicated to helping people. Honestly, she knows more about the fine points of untangling these messes than anyone on Staff. But don't tell her that. She'll want a paycheck.
But I also knew that you, your Highness, have the savvy to explore the unknown and do the trouble-shooting, given the guidance. And I told her that.
Between you, we have the Nutters back. As I told you, I didn't know how, but I knew who.
Oh YEAH! So pleased and to think I had been about to send out the search party for you and LITERALLY just did the almightest pitch for clemency on your behalf when that PM hit my mailbox! LOL!
@anmoose That's the thing- Trish did all the leg work and I need a report from HER! LOL! I just started the very tiring and methodical peel-back. :) But that is often enough- logical and careful checking does tend to deliver because a system is only as imperfect as its users and since we (Trish and I) are perfect... :P
