Back in the 1960's John Davidson had a booming vocal rendition (backed by a brass band) of the hit song: "A Taste of Honey". John's recording didn't chart very high, but he hit some really high notes with his magnificent version. I liked the song and John's vocalization of the lyrics. I would be very grateful if someone might have an old vinyl recording of the song that they could post on here. I played John's version when I was a disc jockey on the air, but that was 40 years ago. TIA.
Perhaps the most under-rated singer of the 1970s. Beautiful voice, a fine entertainer.
