Hello. I've been looking at ways to clean up my system and have a question please. The %temp% section. Is that safe to delete? would my programs create a new temp file when i run them... or would they be searching for a missing file? I can see the object here is to show everyone that you can clean up your system without software. But i can recommend ccleaner (free) for those of you who want a quick and reliable bit of kit. If you don't delete them at least once a week,they'll slow down whatever program you're using,making your shit all laggy.

when i type in %temp% i cant delete all of my files it'll say "some files connot be deleted" (or something like that) any advice :_(
