Honesty, if you're a Ghostface fan. His verse on this song was one (if not "the") illest he ever spit. He out rhymed Sheek & Styles P in this song.

Its not the SICKEST track on Pretty Toney in my opinion. I like Beat The Clock, but Metal Lungies still goes hard
