If you want to take the blue off those pipes, there is a polish called Zephyr that will take the blue off the chrome with very very little work. Its ab $11 a bottle. Works incredibly well.
No disrespect to you or your ride intended, is a sweet ride and sounds good. In my part of Oz we called the Harley sound "Puddy Cat, Puddy Cat". It's more of a crisp crackle where as i hear the "potato, potato" as a bit flatter. Still a sweet sound though. Maybe i can inspire more Potatoes to turn into Puddy Cats? ;)
@whatthefunkwasthat I like the look of the pipes being used...but about 1000 miles you will see some color. They do have chrome covers for the pipes so you will never see it...if that's what you like.

That idle is way too low, you are hurting that bike at that idle

my 97 sportster sounds like this just a little higher pitched due to the 1 3/4 inch drag pipes i have on it....sounds great man!
