Personally, I think those ladies were agents used to separate Elijah and Malcolm. No one denies that Elijah had relations with those young ladies. The dispute is how the relationship is interpreted. The NOI up until that point in 1965 had been around for 34 years and not once did they ever seek to harm those who left the ranks.
The home of Elijah had been wired tapped for many years and the FBI and CIA never reported hearing such orders.

@1qalo92ws Member's of the NOI are not allowed to practice polygamy in America. From 1963 to 1974 the Messenger maintained that he had one wife, six sons and two daughters.
In the Japanese interview which took place in 1963 (3 years into the birth of these other children) The Messenger said when asked about his family that he had one wife, six sons and two daughters.
To claim he fathered these illegitimate children from these other women is equivalent to calling him a liar.

Prophets and Messengers are supposed to be men of the highest character. If Elijah Muhammad lied then he could not be qualified for Messengership.

Personally, I think those ladies were agents used to separate Elijah and Malcolm. No one denies that Elijah had relations with those young ladies. The dispute is how the relationship is interpreted. I question whether their intent was pure. Plus, how is polygamy taught under Islamic law? Was that discussed between Elijah and Clara? Let's not forget the role of the intelligence community in all this.

2 of the 7 women involved in this scam use to date Malcolm before he married Betty. Their goal was to extort money from Elijah Muhammad.

Polygamy is allowed under Islamic law but the NOI doe's not practice it in America. Elijah Muhammad forbade it.

The FBI memos showed that it was their goal to try and coarse 2 of the 7 women to testify against EJM. If the FBI had some type of evidence they would have acted on it. They had the home of EJM wired along with informants inside the NOI. You have zero proof from the mouth of EJM admitting to these lies

What is the FBI file number are you referring to in regards to a taped confession?
I read these memos close to 20 years ago and do not recall there ever being a transcript of some taped confession by EJM on this issue.
Belief counts for nothing without proof. If the FBI had a literal taped confession from EJM on this issue they would have released it by now.

She reminded him that she was carrying his child and could cause trouble for him if he didn't pay up. EJM replies "You must think I'm a fool or Santa Claus"

How long had the relationship been going on?
Where is the history of the origin of the alleged relationship? There were informants throughout the NOI that should have provided the FBI on how EJM met Evelyn Williams.

@TheElijah Man you really are naive the evidence is overwhelming! The tapes-if they still exist will obviously be in the FBI archives. EJM used to meet up for sex sessions at his Vernon St apartment which 'coincidentally' was right next door to Evelyn's residence. I have seen no evidence as to whether the FBI had surveillance equipment there. The relationship had been going on since at least early 1959 but why don't you ask Farrakhan, Silis or Elijah's kids including the illegitimate ones?

Regardless to what others say about the situation the only one capable of confirming these rumors is EJM. So far all that we have from EJM on this subject is that these claims are nothing more than slander.
If Prophet Muhammad denied any falsehood against his character, would you ask him to prove it? Of course not.
I will take EJM at his word and leave it at that, whatever Farrakhan does is between him and God.

Malcolm went to Africa to try and get support from the African Union. Malcolm was so desperate that he even tried to get support from the NAACP.
The African union and the NAACP declined to help Malcolm because of his poor standing with EJM.

@TheElijah.The agents who recorded these tapes would not transcribe the entire conversation they listened and marked parts of the conversations that were useful so that others did not have to waste 100s hours listening back. If the complete tapes still exist then you may be able to listen to copies, get in touch with the FBI. But none of these excuses change the fact that these were internal documents that were never meant to be seen by the general public which makes them excellent evidence.
