I did my cardio sculpt for 60 min been eating good, remember that last tuesday i was mad because i didn't loose no pound well today is my weight in and lost 4lb so happy. My eating is good everything healthy. I weight 215 now back in february i was weighting 264 can you believe how hard i been workin. Can you give some exercises for my inther thightsi have lots of loose sking and fat there. : )
ok...lets keep doing what you have been doing...mirror it exactly...but try just a little bit more...I mean when you feel like quitting...keep moving for 10 more seconds...count backwards...ok? Yes I will do something for the inner thigh for you... we have to really just torch your stored energy...
i got in an hour walk early in the day and a 30 minute walk later on ... plus, i didn't exceed 1200 calories! ... i wanted to get in the week 4 cardio but it didn't happen =( ... next time! ... =D
start scheduling it in your phone so that it is one of the more important things you complete in your day:) don't worry..lets just get it done:) How are things...?
im going to try this tomorrow. Today i did your week 3 workout 10 times... 1 set in the morning and 1 set in the evening combined with the thigh/butt workout (my head didnt hurt as much this time). Didnt feel like going to the gym today but im happy i still got something in.
In honor of michael Jackson I did every excercise 50 times cuz he was 50 years old and omg my body hurt lol

reduce your cardio...and make sure you are having your protein shake 2-3 times a day...ok?
