This was the very first episode I saw when I moved to New York 7 and a half months later. I always a third watch fan but this episode hit me the hardest.

I believe a month after 9/11 happened the producers of Third Watch did a wonderful documenrty which the technical advisors who helped with the show were interviewed. It was poignant to watch. I still reccommend it. When I watch the post 9/11 episode the ending of the show I recall was Alex looking at the space where the WTC once stood. Both shows were terrific.

what an AMAZING show this was. it handled all aspects of the job these people do so well. before AND after 9/11. i live in the UK, can anyone tell me where i can get seasons 2-6 please? they released the 1st season a few yrs ago now, but it dont look like we will ever get the rest, so i desperately need to find them elsewhere. sumone pls help me!!!!

i dont know if being out of the country will effect this but all i did was logged onto google typed in third watch series dvd and it took me to a sight that has the entire series start to finish. it takes 34 discs and is only missing two episodes that i notived. i watched the entire series in just over a week. and it only cost me like 75 bucks before shipping u may want to try that out

again with u out of the country i dont know how it will effect u. i think the site i went to was something like discountdvds. or something like that.. if thats what u find it is definitly trustworthy i got my set in a little under a week as i recall. but the set was missing two episodes so tit got confusing. i dont c y they cant ship out of country but i am sure you could call and ask them.. good luck

As a New Yorker i remember watching this episode and thinking how beautifully and respectfully the portrayed the events and aftermath of September 11. No one especially Americans and New Yorkers will forget that day but i will always remember how one of my favorite shows not only acknowledged that day unlike most shows that pretended it didnt happen or chose not to portray the events but did it in such a respectful way. Thank you for posting this clip,

The most memorable Third Watch was the two hour documentry they produced about Sept 11th. It was so poignent and those interviews I still remember to this day. NEVER FORGET

Even in reruns, it didn't get a lot of play, perhaps out of respect. It was hard to watch, but powerful.

I remember choking up through this entire episode. They couldn't ignore what happened since it was a show about police, paramedics and firefighters in New York, and I think they handled it very well. Man, I miss this show...
