Loved this game, apart from GRID this was the only Forza/GT5 game on the PC. The response of the cars was very realistic and accurate, I could really feel like I was driving the car instead of just some random programmed car that feels almost the same as any other car on a game. It is exatly what it is!!. its a european racing type of game with maxed out performance cars making it like nascar but with a flavouful twist of speed and proper handling... It also have drift events and duels that nascar doesnt have... nascar is a very booring game to play, but is a great sport to watch...
So i just checked it out on wikipedia, and it was saying that The customization options will include cosmetics as well as performance mods and will be more in depth, affecting aspects such as alignment, aerodynamics, tires, brakes, differential, gears, Nitrous, interior and exterior of the car. It is the same as undercover's customization system.
i think NFS has lost its real purpose, the game should be about driving in high speed in town with a customized car. not at a race track. thumbs down for nfs !!

I'm amazed at the comments of this video, did you guys ever play NFS, or NFSII? It was all about this kinda stuff. Sure they had alot of made up tracks, but they also occasionally features real world locations, and the usual tournaments were supposed to be competition, not illegal.. However i will say that if they completely toss out the Cops.. Then.. It's not NFS anymore.. They should give it a different name then Shift, like, NFS Pro or something more serious.
NFS and NFS2 were great made up tracks with great scenery (still dont look at the scenery for too long theres trafic there too) trafic amazing scenery and hot racing thats what made NFS so great did they forget that?

Nope never played it, btw i dont think wrecking your car is a bad thing, its just not NFS. I dont have a problem with being able to crash in forza and grid, but i really dont think you should be able to wreck your car in NFS like i said, its brainless walhugging and just pedal to the metal racing :) If i wanna think about hitting the apex just right, braking just right, getting everything right for a corner ill just play forza :) This just isnt need for speed, should have stayed at street racing

NFS were good till Carbon and prostreet they ad their ups and downs but now their just sinking to the botom. this game migth be good but its not the NFS spirit even in the FIRST NFS game it was streetracing your weels were square since the pixels were so big you rolled a meter from a wal and you saw sparks but the game was still good because it was new ad a soul thats what most games now lack NFS kept that spirit till they got Prostreet out that was FIRST NFS witout trafic and that was epicfail

game looks good, but i think that track racing games boring... i mean its only track after track.... no free roaming. Well i think they should make nfs street racing game but... fixing some flaws. I mean u could be going 120mph and hit a wall straight
on and nothing will happen... ma e a nfs game life paradise city except with more detailed cars and a big city, like 3x bigger than paradise city

Trust me, if you were able to wreck your car in a street race games you will absolutely hate it, next to that, its to realistic, need for speed isnt supposed to be realistic, its supposed to be brainless 200mph racing. and btw track race games dont get boring fast, one name: Forza 2

ever played SRS? nice game well not realy but it as good concept and you can wreck your car just learn how to drive and youll be fine makes doging trafic a lot more fun trust me

Are you talkin bout Street Racing Sindicate? That was a good racing game for Xbox. Btw, to people fighting over NFS and Forza, Grow UP! Its just a game and your own oppinion. I dont care bout how shitty you are at racing games and which one is better. This is why America is fucked up. Can't see face to face on a videogame? C'mon you pre-schoolers. Sheesh.

Nope never played it, btw i dont think wrecking your car is a bad thing, its just not NFS. I dont have a problem with being able to crash in forza and grid, but i really dont think you should be able to wreck your car in NFS like i said, its brainless walhugging and just pedal to the metal racing :) If i wanna think about hitting the apex just right, braking just right, getting everything right for a corner ill just play forza :) This just isnt need for speed, should have stayed at street racing

thats why i said NFS used to be the best street racing game now it just tries to copy other games it was better when they made the new stuff in the old days NFS was being copied now its the other way around

wtf are the developers thinking!? people liked NFS in the first place cuz it was street racing, and not some simulation.....and anyways people are gonna buy Gran Turismo instead......guess theres no street racing games coming...

NFS were good till Carbon and prostreet they ad their ups and downs but now their just sinking to the botom. this game migth be good but its not the NFS spirit even in the FIRST NFS game it was streetracing your weels were square since the pixels were so big you rolled a meter from a wal and you saw sparks but the game was still good because it was new ad a soul thats what most games now lack NFS kept that spirit till they got Prostreet out that was FIRST NFS witout trafic and that was epicfail
