I think those people who wanted to kiss your hand thought you meant Elliot Smith. He should be ashamed to make money and those poor people 10 min really. sounds like a guitar in the dryer.
@gurdjieff2001 Trashing musicians who play a different style than you then promoting yourself as better is a pretty shitty thing to do. I wouldn't say this guy's playing is really to my taste, but I can appreciate that its musical and not feel the need to promote my own playing at his expense.
@V5Blanks i agree i am rude, i am fed up seeing crappy playing making money when noone is interested in giving me a gig actually.....mediocrity and lowest common denominator is what succeeds these days, not hard work with your craft and talent..
@gurdjieff2001 Well, I don't this guy is a pop star by any means, but he does know how to play to a specific kind of audience who wants abstract experimental/free improv music. I sometimes play for those sorts of audiences, myself, and they aren't usually very big ones but they are there because not that many people do that sort of thing. I also write soundtrack music and do melodic music and I find getting live gigs for that is more challenging because there's more competition.
HEY that's the music! I recorded album Fretlessguitarland in 2007 and I love to play fretless guitar with first 3 strings from bass complete. Come to listen song Lada Cabriolet. I want to see NYFG festival, but this is to far for me... Cheers from Slovenia, Alex Actooon

Torment... "Playing with guitar" is not "playing guitar". Fretless guitar is not a toy...

I think E# is bloody fascinating. Not something I'd listen to in my buggy but interesting nonetheless.
