  • @kekikiamiller i guess sooooo...... haha.

  • Thanks for uploading but i couldnt watch the whole thing because it was soooooooooooooo boring.

  • @bieberbaby33

Well I guess you won't know the answer then lol. God bless and good day :)

  • Thank you so much for sharing this. Is it still working for you? And do you dilute the msm with water before mixing it with your lotion? (it seems like the crystals wouldnt dissolve in lotion by itself.)

  • @ZennLa13,

It really does just dissolve in the lotion, at least enough for me. You can buy MSM Lotion too either at health food stores or online. I think I'm going to buy this sulfur powder I saw online soon and try it next.

  • I've had KP for as long as I can remember and still have it at 24. I'm into FITNESS and BODYBUILDING and have been accused of steroids, etc. I just found out that these bumps were from KP and it's a big relief it was not some hormone problem from working out. So for you fellow BODYBUILDERS with these bumps... don't worry.

  • so how many times a day would you recommend someone apply this?

and would you recommend putting lotion under or over this stuff?

    thanks :)

also, did you find that using this consistently kept your skin consistently clear (or clearer)?

  • @shanohu

Are you talking about the Sufa-Derm? (Did you see the part 2 vid?)

  • @goodbyekp

Yes about 95% of them. So there might be like 2-3 per arm and it's a bump and dot.

If I were you I'd probably either:

    1) get msm lotion from the health food store so you don't have to do the added step of blending the msm powder and lotion (unless you want to like if there is some cost benefit or something)

    2) get the soap stuff I've been using since I had poison ivy. I now think this has slightly better results than the msm powder maybe like 98% ridding of bumps/dots. . .

  • @kekikamiller

. . The only thing about the soap is you have to buy it online. You google "1st enviro safey" to find it. Their website is not the best so I usually just call in to order, they are nice. I use a one ounce to regular windex sized spray bottle dilution. If out of the shower I just spray it on and smooth in with my hands. Otherwise I use paper towels to rub it on. I just leave it on and that's it. I got results in 8 days after using the msm powder.

  • @goodbyekp

Mine's pretty much nonexistent now and it doesn't take much effort so I'm sticking to it. What I am doing is not expensive, it's the msm powder per my comment below. I just mix some in natural lotion and it's all good! They also have lotion with msm already mixed in at the health food store.

I found one other thing that works just as well, a natural anti-bacterial liquid soap that I dilute and just wipe on with a paper towel. I found that out when I had poison ivy and didn't .

  • @kekikamiller

. . .want to rub lotion on my arms and risk spreading. If anyone wants me to tell what it is, just post a comment here and I will.

You must treat with either in the morning and the evening. You can use one in the morning and one in the evening, or just the same thing twice a day.

  • thank god i dont have redness one less thing to deal with

  • ok. i also have msm. will let you know if this works for me. i am happy for you that this is working for you.

  • @naerok1,

I really think it will work for everyone (cross fingers!). I love that you can add more or less sulfur like maybe a little less if super dry, or even different amounts for different areas.

I think you'll get the hang of it after you've done about 8 days and (hopefully) notice a big difference :)

I wanted to put it out there too with the toner, if anyone gets some that is not in a spray bottle, I would put it in a spray bottle so you can use less on the cotton or whatever.

  • I live in Colorado and dry air doesn't help with my KP at all. Just like you guys I use AmLactin, this help with smoothness of my skin but is not do anything else for me. I heard somewhere that sun helps with kp, so I been hiking a lot lately without sun block and it seem to reduce some. By the way, KEKIK, may I have your sulfur term’s mixture percentile. I want a try and mix it at home. Please let me know. Thanks

  • @naerok1,

That product I show in the vid, I read everything it says, it does not tell the % of the other ingredients, only the sulfur.

As far as my test this week, I'm not doing anything scientific or measured, lol. Just putting a squirt of lotion in my hand and maybe 1/2 of the small scooper that comes in the msm powder container.

It doesn't seem to matter too much. It is working great.

2 x a day using that toner unless I just showered.

  • I have awful KP. It covers my legs. But I have been trying AmLactin cream on my legs. Its smooth but not faded at all. I will continue though. Good luck with your KP!

  • @msmusicmaker,

Yes Amlactin was one of the things I found which gave me a certain amount of maintenance, but still didn't do anything like the sulfur . . and definitely didn't help my skin feel any healthier.

I am doing more testing with sulfer this week. I bought some msm powder from Whole Foods and am mixing it with the lotion I show in these vids.

So far same result for less $ yay!

  • Im glad you tried it out =)

Sorry to heat about your skin, I hope it gets better <3

  • @IHaveACupcake,

    Thx <3
