Its called a Gamebridge, its not that expensive either, just google it up.

I bought 3 "1 Female 2 Male" cables from best buy to split my AV cables, so I have one set going into my TV, and one set going into the Gamebridge.

I play from my TV, and record from my computer (cause yes, there is lag on the computer side, but i think that has to do with how powerful your computer is, mine isnt that great).
