only just stumbled upon this video recently, i totally disagree with the guy a few comments down saying it was boring, he hasn't got a great voice but how can you not love him, he's got so much energy and charisma, yeah it's different from the original but it's still class in my opinion. RIP Marc Bolan.

I found it boring because I know how it should be played live - full of cocaine, guitars, sex, and a lot faster! This was too tame. However I do like this version and it was probably the best performance on this years x-Factor :D

I am sorry but i am so not interested in how he looks, i find him totally boring. . . Maybe if he had more of a say in what he sings on the show then maybe I would have a different opinion, but really I don't think is voice is up to much either to be honest. . . Aaagh! I agree with Simon!! Never thought I would write that. Jamie is too good for this show, he's more like an invited star giving us all a break from the tuneless and artless "competitors", (Danyl excepted).

And he definitely IS going to improve as the show goes on. Even if he does not win the show, he will get the rewards he deserves. His first album will sell over a million copies, just in the UK. The Americans will love him.
