Hey guys, is there another benefit besides raising boost PSI ourselves? Does the car has to be re-tuned when installing and staying on pro-tune boost level? Thanks guys! :)
hi I just bought one of these turbosmart mbc's so you say to crack it a have turn,from there how many turns will it take to equal 1 psi increments estimated?
I got my car with the boost control already installed. But the check engine light is on and I believe it's because of the sensor that you say to leave connected to keep "the ecu happy" I see the sensor is still plugged in, but it is cap off with no hoses attached. How would I connect the hoses back on????

I'm glad you guys put up videos like this to help out novices. (even though I don't need the help, I just found your video because I recently bought the boost tee/boost gauge pack)
@buhrrito it restricts boost signal to the waste gate, your wastegate uses a sample of boost to know when to open, by resticting the boost flow, the turbo has to make more boost to push past the boost controler to pop the waste gate open, hit me up if there anything else you need to know =]

My turbo has a 7psi spring. I want to run 2 settings (#1 @4psi & #2 @10psi)with the dual stage mbc
Is it even posible for it to only produce 4psi?
Or will I have to get a kind of BOV that allows me to limit the charge to my wants?

Is there a way of know how much boost i have with out a boost gauge? Example. 3 full turns = 3 pound boost.

It's a simple Boost Controller, so it lets you control boost - ie turn it up higher than the factory unit, and adjust it to your needs.
