Great interpretation of Porter's song with a latin beat flavor. Leave it to Cugat to improve on something that it is almost perfect. Great entry!!

Sí, muy parecido a la versión de Juan García Esquivel, un gran musico mexicano. Pero este Cugat muy elegante su versión, como es que ahora ya no hay orquestas que interpreten estas canciones. Con 65 años a cuestas tuve el grato placer de escuchar a grandes orquestas y nadie me quitará lo escuchado. Muchas gracias por estos recuerdos.

I have this record- the first Xavier Cugat stereo record, and one of the first ten stereo records released by RCA in late 1957. I have it in a "Stereo for the fun of it" 10-record set, wich came in a folder that explained the difference between mono and "living stereo". It's a hoot- I listen still to these records.

@PJCoan i TRULY AGREE stereo RECORDS before is incomparable esp.to todays recording. The LP is much warmer and more life and the music gives justice to the musicians in their art. Awesome arrangements too!
