Why do mothers single or married have a difficult time with secure employment or high paying hourly jobs? I worked for years until my son had chronic Eczema which prevented me from holding a job for financial security.

So for years I struggle to remain in the job market praying for a career instead of entry-level jobs with sucky bosses. basically i kiss ass for a living, although i am so much better than that. I have an AACJ, and working on my Bachelor for Organizational Security Mgmt.

I was on usajobs.gov for 2 years, spent days and days reading and applying for jobs. All that hard work for nothing.

Then they sent out a notice that their system was compromised. So I just closed my account.

Can a green card holder apply for jobs at USAjobs.gov cos i reckone they ask for US citizens
