Same case for the last point, another logical fallacy. How do you know I'm not a Harvard student or say, a Wharton student? Since you love to comment about IQ's. The average IQ for a Harvard student is 120-130, it could be that I have a higher IQ than this.

The note on risk-taking and rewards (not rewardings stupids) doesnt go together.. When any risk taken results in a failure, it kinda amounts to somebody doing something stupid... and then you do not reward these folks for having taken the risk and failed...then why would anybody want to take risk ?

Its easy to put it in a book, but practically not many companies are happy with failures..
