best way to learn to draw a human shape is to practice , look at some reference.

if you want to lean how to sketch a human ( as simply as possibly and fast)

then try to draw a person with a single line ( don't lift the pencil off the paper , just one continuous quick line ) , or just start with drawing stick figures doing all kinds of activities, and try to make it expressiveso just draw the stick figure, nothing else

and ask people what they think the stick figure is doing ?
