Great rom, but I noticed two very big problems. The first; the video recorder does not convert. And second; when the phone is turned off the phone does not recharge
so for battery life or performance which do you u prefer? im on this and its alright but SRF of course is a beast when it comes to battery life i remembered a few weeks ago i was @ 2% around 930pm and playing music till 11pm it still was on 2% lol
Hey I am rooted but on stock froyo. I just got a notification for the ota gingerbread update. How should I go about this? I don't plan on flashing roms, just want to keep my root/apps. Thanks!
@popeye3c Hi! Starskyrob Here [ i made the rom]. The lastest update removed that boot animation. Nothing is wrong, you're just on the latest build. If you'd like i can send you a .zip flashable in CWM to re activate it!

This is by far a pretty sweet ROM. Everything works great.....MMS, GPS lock to 4 meters. I've been running it for 2 days now and no issues. Developer definitely wants this to be community ROM. He wants to hear all ideas and feedback!
nice rom but im still want kinda of a stock gingerbread skin like the CM7 mod or the Syndicate Frozen rom with gingerbread theme. :P but still very nice review
I think I have the same problem like i leave my house and and wifi dissapears right. But when I come back home, the wifi signal doesn't appear on my phone. I have to go to wifi settings and it says connected and then the magically appear. Is that normal or what?
i know im not the only one having wifi reconnect problems with that kernel but i talked to him and a few others and they say they dont so i shit out of luck because thats the main kernel and there is no fix i guess
Anyone having issues of powerdown/reboot when you plug in the power cable? Intermittent.
Also, what Samsumg Epic 4G ROM would y'all consider the most stable? After installing StarskyROM, this is getting to be fun!

@saitousan15 Best bet is to flash a custom rom with root built in, or to find the the rooted build on xda!
