There are people working on a work around to play isos on the ps3.

It's going to take around another 6 months, and will be possible without using BDs.

You'll be able to use flash drives/ Memory sticks/ external HDs to store and load your games.

Theres even talk of an extremely fast compressor to make the ps3 games up to 1/4 of the size they come as.

1. Those MS Paint images look horribly unreal.

2. BD-ROMs are not ISO files (although you can compress them in ISO format, which would be very meaningless).

3. the PS3 isnt hacked yet. thus you cant run games of the HDD or a DVD. BD would be much more logical, but that would cost everyone who wants to play games about over $400 for a bluray burner and the bds.
