Norway is a country very firm of it's principals. We stopped allowing death penalty in 1948, and therefore we won't let that happen to someone who is father to two of our citizens.

Krekar is a minor celebrity in Norway, his name and adress are found in the yellow pages. His crimes have been repeatadly been discovered in norwegian press.

The american "news team" did not bring a new light to his case at all, it just showed a narrow image of it to a larger, more easily manipulated audience.
