@Railfanable: Warm Springs is located between Fremont and Milpitas (in California) and RCL = Remote Control Locomotive, where the crew can control it by radio, and do not have to be inside the cab to operate it.
Not too often, but it does happen periodically, especially when the switchers are ferried to maintenance facilities. I've seen it numerous times, including at Rochelle, Illinois - it's in the 2nd Rochelle video I posted.

Wow, funky consist on the MMIRV. I guess with the plant closing, there isn't a need for switchers and the geep 15's anymore.

I think the switchers were taken to Roseville for the 92 day inspection, and got rotated around the system. There are more MP15DC's in Milpitas now.
