i done rollers and die,by myself using a small lather and vertical drill.you can find more information on energiaalternativa forum

not corn starch put gypsum it's very low expense.....

looks like it's mostly particles coming out, is that due to low heat and low moisture content?

Pellets produce ugly! Put more water and cornstarch. (3 / 5% starch) You run very slowly rolls! Ok!

too much expensive producing pellet with gasoline.it's not convenient,and the production isnt 130kg/h ,but more less:only 50kg with hard wood.i think i will stop to run this machine,i dont have so time to lost .belive me,dont start this experience thinking to make some money.....buy your pellet in the nearest store
