Great shots, enjoyed watching this! I have moved to Clearwater near old coachman/SR 590 and I am hearing/seeing this train quite a bit more often now! I like seeing all the different maneuvers it makes, and I like watching trains in general. Thank you for this.
As far as I know there are only two trains a day(Sun-Thurs)in Clearwater FL. One in the afternoon goes to Tampa and one returns in the evening. But in the 70's and early 80's Clearwater was a hot spot for train watching.

It used to be just after 5pm, Mon-Thurs. But with the recent track work on the Clearwater Sub I'm not sure.

really nice catch
i usually go up to tampa to railfanbut i really dont see a lot of trains on that line to st. pete
the only train i see in my town are one from sem gulf in fort myers
