  • He's the next einstein,

  • This Miku Kaku is very interesting but I prefer to see Pamela Anderson get her tits out

  • I like this Miku Kaku bloke, he seems a cool dude

  • 1:53 There you go... (now say it again but with Peter Griffins voice in your mind)

  • Why didn't this video start at 1:40?

  • cut the first tool out, I came here to listen to someone with more than 1 tenth of a brain

  • We should have sent garbage to the sun and made better reactors.Look at submarines, nuclear, but they move with the flow.

  • They sealed a reactor in Russia, ho ho ho, what does gravity and earthquakes have to say about that/

And what is the world plans on turning reactors off when Planet X causes the california big one along with Mexico volcanos interacting?!

  • I cant stop watching videos with him in.... on the "bigthink" playlist i skip everyones videos and just watch his :P

  • Mike Dirnt?

  • 01:53 Here your go :)

  • i like how he says samurai

  • Interview starts at 1:45

  • HOPE and PRAY ?

fuck off Dave , send some cash

  • 2:20

  • i wonder if Michio eats sushi

  • The City College of New York ftw!! :D I want to take one of his classes so badlyyyy!! ^_^ I will!! >:D

Love this man! I thank you Dr. Michio Kaku for you brilliant mind!

  • I hate that letterman kept interrupting michio,,, michio should have got up and walked out, no other japanese man would have endured that type of ignorance,,, i'm irish and i wouldn't edure it. stfu letterman and let the dude speak a full sentance.

  • 1:37 to skip the annoying guy and go straight to Michio Kaku part!

  • Skip to 2:10 for the good stuff.

  • Seeing that Dr Michio Kaku certainly has got more to say, Letterman should have let him talk instead of constantly interfering. Not to mention, it is ridiculous that he should say 'hope and pray' to a physicist.

  • Its currently 4 reactors exploded and another two about to fail. They stored spent fuel rods on top of the reactors as well so when they explode they shoot it all in the air... "low level" radiation my arse. chernobyl was one reactor... This is fucked... There was a melt down in south of france too bet you didnt even know about it... *sigh* Fuck the gobal elite NWO they have built bunkers for themselfs and about to riadiate the surface... ww3 coming soon... Good luck all, Much love.

  • @11kungfu11 ur silly

  • @masorex

I am silly? define... Do some reseach, rather being told what to think.

    Much love.

  • @masorex Clearly you know more then me then if your text book talks about the free masons, I didnt know that the masons were a society of builders that to keep there social status set up a "masonic" society within society itself to maintain and grow there skills threw the ages..To my knowledge I didnt even say ANYTHING about masons even though other actual secret societys have diluded into masons such as the illuminati to use them as a open cover..You really have no idea...just be quiet

  • @11kungfu11 Yes i actually realised that you werent directly talking about the masons that is why I removed my comment. I just get a little jittery when someone talks about conspiracy stuff, I seem to jump right into the illuminati and masonic mindset even if they didnt mention those groups. In my opinion, if the whole world is about to get bombed and 500 world leaders will survive, then i dont give a fuck, good job world leaders, me nor you will care after we're in the ground

  • @masorex All good.

There are many conspiracys going on in the world and many mainstream ones like the illuminati hold alot of truths. Just research into there card game they made in the early 90's, its got some suspicious events on there that have come true. Also type illuminati reverse into your web browser followed by (dot)com and see where it takes you. not just 500 will survive 500 million around the world will be enslaved in there "protected underground birthing centres" look into it.

  • @masorex Ive never been one to just believe other peoples work I just research on my own to disprove or prove things for myself and ive come across many things that people with there head in the sand call crazy but i dont mind because I live a free life out of the system that crushes so many people will stress and diverts everyone from there innerselfs.

  • @11kungfu11

...wanna make a bet? a 10 year running bet? For 100$, with inflation. Paypal, if it still exists in 10 years. I say nothing of the sort will happen, all the overpopulation measures with enslavement, illuminati etc. is bullshit. You say something of the sort will happen.

In on it? I'll be glad to provide my paypal if you give me yours, just the e-mail suffices. If you believe what you write, its easy money, which you will not need if it come strue, but its a nice thought

  • @acouragefann Why would I consider it if I thought paper money would not have value then LOL Type illuminati backwards followed by dotcom into your browser (illuminati-itanimulli(dot)com) and see where it takes you if you think its all BS.

If we knew eachother in person Id put a ounce of gold on the bet. not a receipt for gold that is worth less and less each day lol

Your under estimating what I know :)

  • @11kungfu11

I actually have 2 pure gold coins, should be about an ounce. Also, that can actually be followed back to some user buying the domain for the fun of it (google is your friend) and putting a redirect in ^^

I really wish I could get in on this wager, shame an ocean probably seperates us

  • I bet the moment he entered he must be wondering damn everyone's IQ combined wont even come close to mine

  • @imakepudding Its how I feel every day.. -.-

But He felt that the moment he was born :)

  • if all the food is fucked in japan there won't be any new porn featuring japanese girls pooing and vomiting on each other.....

  • there is no 6:57

  • Cool that we have a public non-offensive face for science now that Carl Sagan is not with us anymore.

  • @efa0tz in europe we have brian cox, but he's not as good.

  • @efa0tz Carl Sagan was just amazing :(

  • Building and improving the design of nuclear reactors is the cheapest, most efficient way to produce energy for everyone. It really is. There have scarcely been any issues with nuclear power plants, even Chernobyl wasn't actually that bad at all. It was a far cry from a disaster.

What happened in Japan would still have been horrific, with a power plant or not. I love solar too, and wind; but for the moment they simply aren't economically feasible.

  • @UnknownXV there already IS a safer design for nuclear fission reactors. it's called the liquid metal cooled reactor. the US developed it way back when nuclear power was in it's infancy but dropped the design for the CHEAPER, more PROFITABLE boiling water reactor.

  • we need more scientists in politics

  • Wherever you go, or whatever you do.. there is always some crazy asian who can do it better

  • @cracktober ever heard of Noam Chomsky? I think he does it one of the best.

  • @cracktober Michio Kaku seems pretty sane to me.

  • @cracktober except drive..........

  • Turtle!

  • Interesting guest scheduling... Dana Carvey to Micho Kaku. One extreme to the other.

  • we need to get more intellectuals on TV. so that what our radio signals that make it into spaace dosent embarass us infront of the league of super intelligent civilizations ....

  • @Technologeek92 Our radio Signals almost completely dissipate into unintelligible static within a couple light years.

  • @ComputerGamerify

So SETI are completely wasting their time then?

  • @mtszabo Sending information stored on photons in light would work, radio signals will not.

  • @ComputerGamerify

And yet, SETI use massive arrays of radio telescopes to look for radio signals in the hydrogen band....

  • @mtszabo SETI has even said it would take a massive radio signal to even reach the nearest star to us. Now its possible someone might detect the change in the background noise farther out, but I never said the radio waves disappeared I said they become unintelligible static. Wasn't aware this was a pissing contest.

  • @ComputerGamerify

No, I wasn't trying to make it a pissing contest... I was just shocked to learn that SETI's needle in a haystack was also in a continent-sized field of haystacks...

  • @ComputerGamerify its called Divergence by Dell operator ... i'm taking engineering majoring in microwave communication (True story). I know what you mean but i'm just commenting to poke fun and intrigue in the subject ...

  • @Technologeek92

if there are super intelligent millions years more advanced civs out there i don't think anything about us can impress them

  • @Technologeek92 LOL in the end, we'd seem so stupid to them anyway, I don't think it makes much of a difference

  • @Technologeek92 the real intellectual stuff is the stuff the establishment wont let us see, for example bill hicks censored on david leterman so fat chance of what your suggesting ever happening.

  • Comment removed

  • why didn't delete the clown, i wasted 1minutes and 29seconds

  • @jaze592 LMAO!

  • The Japanese are just as bad as the USA. Being polite does not mean being good. Japan has problems just like any other country with their citizens. I'm a very polite pirson but I'd gladly cause u physical harm if u deserve it.

  • O shit its Garth!!

  • the video goes from clown guest to genius guest

  • what he isn't saying is that the radiation will sweep world-wide, already reached europe's atmosphere

the Fukishima Disaster is the number one most down played headline news.

  • @Onetazien he did say that, but he said the levels were very low.

  • skip to 1:42 my ass, i love Dana Carvey

  • purely smartness

  • Knowledge = Power

  • Kaku came out with that Japanese kind of politeness that AMericans frequently misplace as murderous, Samurai stoicism. I was waiting for him to cut dave's desk in half with a Samurai sword.

  • @donluchitti you should do more research on samurais then

they were little more than land-owning mercenaries

  • @CaptainFluffy6644 my point exactly, Samurai could be some violent, pretentious mother fathers.

  • @donluchitti you know nothing about Japanese people, they are the most honorable, resilient and respectfull people. when this disaster hit, there were no looting, unlike other countries, even gangs and mafias gave a helping hand. freindship isn't an empty word for them , like in western cultures, who are quck to call you friend but that has no meaning.

  • @Onetazien I WROTE Kaku demonstrated Japanese politeness, which is often mistaken for stoicism. See, I am giving credit to the Japanese for being very 'nice' and kind people. I have a Japanese friend, and I have seen what you claim in their thoughtfulness of gift giving and selflessness. Besides, the Japanese forgave America for bombing them in WW2, that takes a kind of moral code akin to a Samurai's code. (I have a feeling I made my argument worse.)

  • Why do geniouses always have white hair?

  • @ravenwda007 They don't,but their all short.

  • @ravenwda007 The knowledge of exactly how fucked up the world really is ages you.

  • @yerk3 you can say that again

  • David feels smarter now that Dr. Kaku was on and, shook his hand. Guess that's all it takes when your in the entertainment industry, mindless dribble most of the time.

  • I feel like whenever a person speaks the TRUTH on a superficial show like Letterman that the audience will not react well because the insight of Kaku is incompatible with the idiocy of the general celebrity obsessed audience. It's like adding oil to water.

  • @WJValente well said

  • we rarely get intelligent people on this show haha

  • why is he a Dr. and not Prof. ?

  • @ir0n2541 a bit of both

  • @ir0n2541 They usually use the one that is more prestigious. Dr is usually more prestigious than Professor.

  • @ir0n2541 HE IS PROFESOR DR. KAKU

  • Dr. Kaku was really Garth all along...

  • Kaku is very upset about what happened in Japan...as we all should by the way. I say that corruption is the cause of the disaster in Japan. Seizmic reports should have forbidden to built nuclair reactors on the coast of Japan.

  • Didn't know Dave also has serious thinkers on sometimes as guests on the show.

  • Fuck the first guy, no interest in what he says. Skip

  • Man....I just become speachless when im lisening Kaku...hes freakin incredible!

    PRESIDENT OF THE WORLD!

  • The first guy... yeah...

  • 0:28 sand people voices

  • The Cherobyl Concrete has failed

  • We the seven billion of Earth want nothing but Peace, Love and Light on Earth always.

We want the END of ALL WAR on this planet and the end of the NUCLEAR NIGHTMARE.

Official First Contact and the end of the TRUTH EMBARGO will soon be here.

Michael Moore speaks for the compassionate HEART of AMERICA NOW.

Love and protect Earth and her precious Air, Water and Soil by all means.

Help us ban HYDRO FRACKING Worldwide as this poisons Trillions of gallons of fresh water 4 all generations

  • They should have guys like Michio on every late night show, we'd be far more intelligent as a whole.

  • The comedian was funny, but it's not a good decision to include him at the start. MK and Letterman both might know how stupid it is to build nuke power plants, but nobody nowhere can stop them being built, it seems. Pro-nukers are entrenched. I noticed that here in Canada, we were treated to a "nukes R safe" national radio speech the same day that Fukushima blew.

  • MICHIO KAKU IS CELEBRITY!

  • Michio is soooo cool dude!!

  • can anyone believe Michio Kaku is 64!!!

  • Letterman's tricks and cheep shots and witty remarks that boost him up by the expense of his quests image All of this is worthless against a person whom built himself by his hard work unlike hollywood stars ( by age race and looks)

  • He's like a tall Yoda.

  • $5000 per day for each of the Fukushima 50.....until they die. They won't survive....are they even alive now?

  • @behnamasid

    You awesome.

  • @behnamasid Thanks!!

  • @behnamasid thank-you :)

  • dr kaku seems quite dissatisfied with the remark by Letterman about the cofounder of string theory --- Augusto Farfus!!!!

  • I guess handling an catastrophic accident better than the Japanese doesn't include not informing the entire Ukrainian population even after the accident had been reported in other countries.

  • Did you know this guy built a cyclotron in his garage when he was 16? The FBI came to his house and shut it down XD. LEGEND.

  • @Lackofcoitus Sheldon can do it too=) But seriusly he is brilliant=) and very easy to understand

  • @Lackofcoitus I believe it is a betatron, not a cyclotron.

  • @Lackofcoitus and made antimatter and an atom smasher in high school =)

  • @Lackofcoitus They didn't come and shut it down........He was licensed the right to build one.........how else do you think he got the blueprint for it? From Standford.

  • @Lackofcoitus thats the most gangsters shiz I ever heard

  • @Lackofcoitus Lies.

  • @Lackofcoitus did he really ?

  • @Lackofcoitus Big deal. I built an interociter in my bedroom when I was 15. Getting the Cathermin tube with inindium complex of +4 to resonate in sync with the Bead condenser model #: AB-619 was a bitch and a half!

  • @Lackofcoitus I call BS unless i get a link to a believable site about that.

  • @ThePepejovi Nope it's not, read his book. He admits it himself.

  • @Lackofcoitus Is that true ?...Where did u get that info about Dr. Kaku ?

  • @niniopelon

    /watch?v=Mgbjb8229f8

  • OH THIS IS AWESOME!! michio kaku on david letterman!!!
