Thats a custom-made LED toy. Bascially, its LED's at the end of wires (similar to piano strings, but hollow). The cord runs from each LED light down through the center of each wire and connects to the handgrip that holds the battery source. Their a lot of fun. The other toys come from our lovely friends at Flowtoys.
