I'm pretty sure their's a music and sound only version with no voices for when they were adding the jap voices so they could also add an english dub. I think you can find voiceless versions on the net.

1) Remove vocals, dub without music, and then insert the the off-vocal.

2) Buy/download the soundtrack, then dub.
