Unfortunately it wasn't Heath, it was his stunt double in make-up, Heath wasn't on set that night, it was 2nd unit footage being shot with his stunt double.

@IAMOUTBREAK: A lot of people (including the news) saw Joker make-up and "assumed" it was Heath when it wasn't. I am not saying those people are idiots, or anything like that, but trust me, it was his stunt double.

the guy at the end doesn't look like heath - perhaps a stunt man or somt? Oh, and yep heath brought in a skateboard on the set to mess about on inbetween takes - he actually inspired all the younger crew members to bring in their skateboards and they would all skate about on breaks - and nolan hated it (seriously)

I don't think the camera truck is actually filming him. He's wearing what looks like a black hooded sweatshirt which wasn't Joker clothing. I think it looks as if the truck was following him but it really wasn't. Anyway, that's what I think. But it's true that he would skateboard between takes.

This is our generations Joker. It's something new. It's more gritty than the comical Jack Nicholson. I personally like this look a lot because we'll take it more seriously. I think that's cool that he looks like the Crow. The crow is bad ass. Brandon Lee is bad ass.
